ballerina: a second look

your ballerina look reminded me of some recent posts on cup of jo, i have really enjoyed joanna goddard's adventures in paris (picture courtesy of cup of jo).

p.s. i am taking a ballet class next semester! i have outfits PLANNED already. so look forward to those come spring!

ballerina

i was a horrible ballerina in real life but i like the outfits. this is a blk dress from target with a wm-sonoma ribbon tied around my waist - good one. i'm wearing my black blazer over it and tights & bucks but you don't really need to see those... with thrifted bracelets. wearing my hair up in a bun & used hair spray that smells like apple pie - not on purpose.

mini: a second look

obviously i am not wearing a mini skirt - i'm a professional. so instead, i'm striping it out with gap wool blazer, black skirt, tights & green socks with brown boots.

a study break from carrier library

The teal blouse and the cameo locket bills gave to me for my birthday (might look familiar) really rounds out this victorian look.

worn with american apparel charcoal skirt, brown tights, saddle shoes, thrifted gray herringbone blazer and thrifted teal 1980s blouse.

mini skirt

my new terra dactyl striped tee is my favorite, I got it at a frock-swap this weekend along with some other gems! It makes me want to sew dinos on all my plain tshirts!

worn with black spandex mini, my great aunt pat's old khaki and cordoroy jacket, a thrifted little floral circle pin, gray tights from target, black ballet flats and a braided tshirt head band that my friend elise hef made me!

p.s. i have an unhealthy obsession with the sea of shoes girl. just saying. and I accept your challenge for tomorrow's post!
